C/PAP 82
The pack is mostly paper with aluminium foil bonded to it, which cannot be separated by hand. Composites are marked C plus the main material, so this reads C/PAP.

Which bin, usually
Usually general waste: aluminium bonded to paper is neither plain paper nor plain metal, and most household collections take neither form of it. A few collections list foil-lined wrappers; check yours.
Whether this goes in your recycling depends on your local collection; check your council or municipality's sorting guide.
The material
Paper and fibreboard/aluminium: paper or board with aluminium foil bonded to it.
Where you see it
Foil-lined butter and margarine wraps, foil-lined paper sachets, and foil-backed paper liners and lids.
What it does not mean
C/PAP 82 does not go in with foil (ALU 41) just because it looks shiny; the paper backing makes it a different material.
A composite code says the layers cannot be pulled apart by hand. It does not say that anyone near you separates them, and it does not mean the pack belongs with the material named after C/: C/PAP is not plain paper.
