Mazda i-ACTIVSENSE warning light
i-ACTIVSENSE is Mazda's name for its group of driver-assistance systems — radar cruise control, Smart Brake Support, lane departure warning and lane-keep assist, blind spot monitoring, driver attention alert and others. The amber lamp means one of them has a malfunction.

What to do
Check the message on the centre display or the multi-information display: it gives the reason. If the lamp stays on, have the car inspected; Mazda recommends an Authorised Mazda Repairer. The lamp also lights briefly when you switch the ignition on, as a check.
